Location: US-CA-San Diego

Responsibilities:
We have an opening for a full time Advertising Analyst in the Compliance Department. This position is responsible for the review, research and clearance of various Registered Representatives’ advertising pieces. The advertising and sales literature pieces will be reviewed for compliance with Industry Regulations as well as LPL policy and procedures. Ideal candidate will have advertising review experience as well as Series 7 and 24 licenses. This position is also responsible for helping with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications: • BA/BS and/or prior related work experience
• Series 7 required
• Currently hold or working to obtain the Series 24 and 63 licenses
• Minimum of 3 years brokerage or brokerage related experience
• High-level knowledge of the financial industry
• Strong team player that thrives in a deadline-oriented environment
• Exercise keen judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and verbal/written communication skills are essential
