Arrange a video conferencing class through Bar Ilan University’s Lookstein Center on Dinim and news about Israel from Israel for seventh and eighth grade girls twice per week. Introduce the Boniach, V’Shinantam, Mishnah Program in grades four through six and the V’Dibarta Bam, Gemara program in grades seven and eight. Partner with the Learning Disabilities Association (LDA); train, coach, and supervise teachers to individualize and differentiate in the classrooms. Facilitate meetings with parents and teachers to develop individual plans for students.
* Implemented the Tal Am Hebrew curriculum, grades one through four.
* Developed an Action Research Project based on the implementation of a professional learning community.
* Established the E2K curriculum program through the Gruss Foundation; designed for middle school gifted students in math and science.

Successfully set up a temporary school immediately following Hurricane Andrew, which rendered the school building uninhabitable. Developed a three-campus, multiple-year alternative while the permanent facility was rebuilt. Designed, integrated, and implemented the grand opening of a single campus when the newly repaired and remodeled building was completed. Assisted in coordinating a $9.5 million capital campaign for retrofitting and reprogramming of the earthquake-damaged building and raising capital for project completion.
* Integrated a Sephardic “break away” school for students and teachers into SHA.
* Instituted a unique Sephardic Tefilla program into the established SHA Tefilla curriculum.
* Represented Jewish day school at a meeting with President George W. Bush as part of a national group of Rabbis.
