Job Description
The primary goal of BCS Borrower Counseling Service/Loss Mitigation is to mitigate loss for both our investors and WFHM Wells Fargo Home Mortgage while allowing the mortgagor to retain his home and WFHM to retain the servicing.
In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a group of approximately 15 team members in the Loss Mitigation Setup Unit . The primary function of this group is to Process incoming requests for liquidation workouts to avoid potential foreclosures. This supervisor will be accountable for ensuring quality customer service provided to internal/external customers within designated timeline and ensures compliance with Wells Fargo, investor, legal, regulatory or business policies. Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing and supervising non-exempt team members and/or administrative support staff. Develops and implements operational procedures, methods and work systems.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years loan administration experience (which could include loan processing/underwriting; or mortgage servicing) and may have previous team lead/ supervisory experience.

Basic MS Office is a MUST! Strong oral and written communication skills and an overall desire to assist borrowers during their time of need. This position also requires strong organization and follow up skills with the ability to multi task.

Preferred Skills
BS/BA preferred
Proven history of Cost savings through Process Improvement.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management effectively.
Understanding of the importance of compliance and adherence to business and regulatory policies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and management.
