Co-supervises off-shift (5 pm to 5 am) production operations. Ensure quality and productivity standards are being met during the off-shift in the processing department. Relieve present off-shift supervision during vacations and other days off. Train employees on proper operating procedures. Accountable for employee performance, discipline and performance evaluations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure production has resources needed to complete daily schedule.
• Co-supervise off-shift production departments; emphasis in processing.
• Relieve present off-shift supervision during vacation and other days off.
• Train operators on proper operating procedures.
• Accountable for employee performance, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments; packaging, maintenance, shipping, purchasing/scheduling and human resources.

Job Requirements:
• 2 year post-high school degree in relevant field; 4 year degree preferred
• Food processing experience; dairy industry and aseptic processing preferred
• 2+ years supervisory experience very desirable
• Off-shift availability (5 am – 5 pm)
• Good communications skills; written and verbal
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, excel and e-mail)
• Formal leadership training desirable
