Job Description:
Will work with Payroll/HR Accounting, HRSS in both US and on Ad Hoc reports and programs involving the Lawson system, Talent Navigator or any other system to analyze data for various reports for management
Under limited supervision, analyze compensation data and utilize job descriptions to determine job worth through market pricing. Participates in and conducts market surveys as assigned. Works with others inside and outside the department to assist customers and ensure the smooth administration of pay policies and programs. Assist with special projects or analysis as requested
Coordinate the creation of company job profiles for all positions within the company.
Will coordinate with the 3rd party administrator all Affirmative Action matters and be directly responsible for all government reporting requirements.
Assist with year-end compensation planning.
Will provide analytical support for both US and for HR Metrics, Ad Hoc reports or other various reports as requested
Assists and supports in the coordination and effective operation of assigned compensation projects or processes
Researches, reviews and documents information on jobs inside the Company and from market sources
Conducts market surveys; completes job evaluation requests, including determination of job worth
Collaborates with Compensation Advisor to deliver compensation related information and services to client groups
Will assume responsibility for all duties associated with affirmative action and other government reporting, i.e. EEOC, Vets, etc.
Details Specific to this Job:
Completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or Business discipline Minimum of 5 years experience in analytical support and 3 years of experience in compensation Knowledge of pay design concepts, job evaluation and market pricing Knowledge of compensation techniques and human resources policies, processes and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment, especially Excel and/or Access Effective interpersonal skills, teamwork and written communications Demonstrate proficiency on basic features of HRIS and related reporting tools preferred Ability to convey and present information effectively to others in one-on-one or group settings
