Day to Day Work This invidual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Desktop Support Staff. The individual will manage a team of approximately 6 staff responsible for the following areas: 1. Local Area Network at the Project Management Office (PMO) 2. User Desktops and Printers for the PMO and District Offices 3. File Servers at the PMO and District Offices 4. Backup and Recovery for the PMO 5. Software Distribution 6. Citrix Environment In addition, providing strategic direction as to the technology that is available and coordinating the support with the Application Development Team.
