• Assisting in training and monitoring of medication care administration, communication with resident support services and families and maintaining clinical quality assurance in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Ensures proper follow through, assessment and documentation for resident assessments at time of move in, 30 days after move in, semi-annually and with any change in status.
