Your signature doesn’t really matter. Just finish with:

Best regards,
Your name

Have you tried scanning a cover letter that you have signed, saving it as a jpeg file and then uploading it??

That should work!!!

Try to find a postal address for the company as well, they should have one!!!

You can print it, sign it, and then use a scanner to upload it into Word or someother kind of word processing software, then send it from that, or scan it directly to email. Also, I have gone through the fonts until fiinding one that replicates a true signature. It is not my signature, but it looks like a cursive written signature.

Edwardian Script ITC, Fine Hand, Freestyle Script, Harlow Solid Italic

These are all examples of the type of font you may switch to and use as a signature, set apart from the rest of the font in the letter.

I suggest you go to monster.com and look at the tools and resources they have their for answering these questions as well.

Absolutely the best software I’ve used to date, automatically detects a plethora of patterns and automatically adds the IP to the iptables block list. Has lots of extra features for detecting malicious file activity and SU logins as well as some basic checks to make sure your configurations are secure.
