Never heard retiring and job searching in the same sentence.
If you can’t afford to retire, then don’t. You should enjoy life after retirement (I’m within a year of retiring myself), not go back to work. Right?

Do not mention it. No one would hire someone they thought would only be there a short time. Once you have a job, just give them a few month’s notice and offer to stay to train your replacement when your retirement date is approaching.
