Responsibilities

- May lead other technical trainers.
- Design, develops and delivers technical training course.
- Confer with management to determine technical needs of the organization.
- Design, develop and update training aids.
- Assist in training manager in planning and organizing course schedules in accordance with available resource and operational needs.
- Test course participants to measure knowledge transfer and the effectiveness of training.
- May provide external customer training.
- Handle special project as assigned.

Education/Experience

- Bachelor Degree in technical filed
- 3+ years experience in technical filed operation.
- Thorough understanding of Centrilift product line(s)/service(s).
- Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area.

Skills Requirements

- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven ability to run the product line tools and/or service in the field.
- Ability to read, interpret and edit technical training document.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management.
